These terms govern all services provided by LZ Solutions. By engaging our services, you agree to the following conditions.
Services
LZ Solutions provides website development, digital automation, SEO setup, maintenance and related technical services.
Project Scope
Project scope, deliverables and timelines are defined before work starts. Scope changes may affect timelines and pricing.
Payments
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is payable after completion and approval before final handover.
Pricing
Starter Website: R3 500. Advanced Business Website: R4 500. Premium Digital Solutions begin at R6 000 based on functionality and integrations. Maintenance is R500/month.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing required content, feedback and approvals in time to support agreed project timelines.
Intellectual Property
Final deliverables are transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Support and Maintenance
Post-launch support can be provided through a maintenance plan or separate support agreement.
Limitation of Liability
LZ Solutions is not liable for damages resulting from third-party service outages, unauthorized access caused by client-side credential exposure, or delays outside reasonable control.
